Return and Refund Policies

Returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis with prior authorization only. Please send us an email to admin(at) within three business days of receiving your order with your order number and the details of your return request. We can also be reached at 973-250-7979.

With prior authorization, boxes may be shipped back to us unused for a refund of the original box purchase price minus a restocking fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping. A refund will be issued within 24 hours after the boxes have arrived at our warehouse and been deemed suitable for resale.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. In the event that your package is delayed due to issues with UPS, as a courtesy we will attempt to obtain a refund on the shipping costs you paid but unfortunately we can make no guarantee.

Damaged items

Of course, if your box is damaged upon arrival we will send a replacement immediately at no cost to you. Please keep the box and send us photos of the damage at your earliest convenience, including a photo that shows the shipping label. We also ask that you please keep the damaged item for a few days while we file a claim with our shipper.

Please note: a certain amount of wear and tear is to be expected during shipping. Our boxes are crush proof to 300lbs, and the main source of protection is the foam insert inside of the box. Cosmetic damage such as scuffs, tears, or dings on the corners of the boxes will not affect their function and as such, we cannot issue replacements for minor damage. Many of our customers re-use the boxes several times without issue.
